The Cybex Eagle Arm Extension features an input arm design that allows users to focus on the triceps by maximizing the torque at the elbow while minimizing the torque at the shoulder.The Cybex Eagle line is a 20-piece variable resistance strength training circuit that combines advanced technology and function, with a fresh, sophisticated, and adaptable design, including a unique, space-saving feature that allows machines to be placed back-to-back in "Logical Pairs." Eagle machines utilize Dual Axis Technology, which allows the user to choose between a machine-defined converging arc of motion, or a user-defined arc incorporating both converging and diverging motions, as well as independent movement arms, which promote symmetrical strength development.
A Cybex Eagle Arm Extension is, and can best be described as follows: A Triceps Extension is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of fitness equipment designed to work the Triceps Brachii muscles of the upper arm during Strength Training. A Triceps Extension is available in an overhead variation where the user is seated, grasping handles behind the neck, and lifts the weight by fully extending the arms overhead; or in a frontal variation, where the user is seated with arms bent 90 degrees in front of the face, resting on pads and grasping handles, and lifts the weight by pushing down and fully extending the arms.
